This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data such as your IP address in order to serve the pages securely.

Availability and prices

When you search for dates, the dates and number of guests are sent to our server, which requests availability and prices from our booking system Hospitable. No personal data is involved in this step.

Maps

The maps load their tiles from OpenStreetMap. Your browser connects to the OpenStreetMap servers to do so, which transmits your IP address to them.

Booking

To book, you continue to the checkout hosted by Hospitable, where you enter your contact and payment details. We receive the booking data we need to host you, such as your name, contact details and stay dates.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) and by us in order to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to hello@viennanest.com.
